The real-time collaboration feature is something that has helped our team of developers and on-the-ground content experts. We're able to see what someone is working on at that exact moment and what changes are being implemented and by whom. This has been a game changer for us as our team works remotely and is often collaborating on shared projects.

I like how customizable everything is.

I like the plug and play way of putting up a post. anyone with a little training can post comfortably after a little while.

There is a bit of a learning curve to get used to the flow and interface. But once you're trained on how to use the system, it's incredibly intuitive.

I have a persistent feeling that the UI is not considerate of end users. We do whatever we can to customize, but the end result is still less usable and straightforward compared to other CMSs. Would love if the team did more walkthroughs with content editors to understand use cases.

It does take a while to date webpages. its a waiting game with a ton of refreshing to see how the edits when through and if they did at all in the first place
