Some complexity in setup and maintenance. Other than that everything is good, nothing to dislike.

SAP Build Process Automation has been a strong addition to our digital-transformation toolkit, especially because how easily it connects with other SAP tools. It has helped us simplify and automate key business workflows without heavy IT involvement. Once you get used to the platform, it's quite powerful and stable. Having said that, sometimes it gets a bit difficult to integrate with outside the SAP integrations.
