The ease of use and learning to do all the automation with drag and drop and minimum coding. The formula option is very good as it gives you the syntax for most of the logic. The diagram flow starting from start to end logic and debugging the flow is very easy and self-explanatory

Sometimes the input and output field parameters can behave weirdly like even after assigning the values to the parameters when we come back at later stage to reference it the values are no longer visible and i have to re do the entire process again
- There is no personalization for emails. You can send them only with plain text - Not that great overview for created projects. A folder structure would be great, so that a sap build apps app is placed in the same folder like the corresponding backend or process automation
Some complexity in setup and maintenance. Other than that everything is good, nothing to dislike.
