Azure API Management has been reliable for centralizing and securing our APIs. The developer portal, policy-based authorization, and built-in test console reduced our integration effort significantly. Documentation is strong and integration with Entra ID for authentication was straight forward. Occasional portal sluggishness aside, it's been a sold experience.

Good experience overall, but the deployment process could take more time than expected. Customer service wasn't the best. It used to be responsive and communicative, but after merging with Salesforce, everything is just AI, even when trying to create a support ticket.
