What I find least satisfying about SAP Signavio is its limited workflow and reporting capabilities. While the tool excels at visualizing processes and identifying inefficiencies, it doesn't offer as much flexibility when it comes to customizing reports or building end-to-end workflows. I also feel that some features could be better tailored to specific business contexts, which would make the tool more practical and impactful in day-to-day operations.

We implemented SAP Signavio Process Intelligence as an independent process management software with a view to integrate with the client's existing ERP for the intelligence as a stage 2 project. We were bought in to assist in both the configuration of the process framework and mapping of current state processes.
