Dislike: It is well developed software and has one draw back as it is costly for smaller organisation
It's not a good looking software, and the support is not great from SAP.
Negative side: 1) It is costly for smaller organisations. 2) The learning management module is having less functionality and is difficult to navigate. 3) Its is difficult to integrate with other than SAP software.
