the EIC is a very powerful application. It is very difficult to learn as it requires significant development. Support is abysmal and massive turnover in the organization has affected the Service management side. Saviynt is difficult company to work with currently but if you can get thru the challenges to product will help your organization.

Effective solution when deployed correctly
The functionality of Saviynt is very good. However, my ratings are based on our experience of the deployment and the go-live process. We were let down very badly by the 3rd party that did the implementation, this resulted in a lot of issues with a watered down solution, and we spent the next year firefighting just to try and get our implementation to a workable state. This meant that a lot of the development and extra functionality could not be worked on. The Saviynt support has been very good and was very helpful during this difficult time. Overall, Saviynt EIC is a perfect product for us who were looking for a product requiring zero development.
