    The people at Scoro are great and always helpful. Their help/support desk can be a little slow at times. Also, some of their product features aren't working as anticipated.

1. Easy to set up and use Scoro was quick to implement, and the team found it easy to learn and use from day one 2. Everything in one place Having projects, CRM, scheduling, reporting and resource planning all in one system saves time and keeps things organised 3. Great reporting The dashboards and reports give clear and real-time insights that help us make better decisions

1. Occasional glitches and bugs Lately, Scoro seems to experience the odd glitch or bug more often than it used to. This may be due to new features being rolled out before they've been fully tested and refined 2. Some features can feel complex Because Scoro offers so much functionality, some areas can feel a little overwhelming at first, especially for new users getting familiar with the platform 3. Performance can sometimes slow down Every now and then, certain pages or reports can take a bit longer to load, especially when dealing with larger volumes of data

if you do not waste time learning and discovering is not simple to use. I think the product should provide training and allows us to better understand how to apply in our company

Support - amount of time to get back to enquiries User licences - As with other software, when we have a new member of staff it's easy to add a licence - but purposefully more difficult to remove a licence ELI AI - This very poor, not powerful or useful in the slightest
