What I like most about this tool is Cost clarity: It Gives a clear picture from where its coming and allows to manage budget Resource Utilization: It Helps to manage un-usage resources Budget: Correct Reports helps to make the accurate budget
Report creation and extraction is second nature to me in this system due to ease of use.
1. Stong visibility into cloud cost with detailed breakdowns by service, account, and usage. 2. Integration with the broader ServiceNow platform, which helps align cost management with IT and business process. 3. Actionable insights and rrecomendations that support cost optimaization and budget control
Things which I dislike about this product are: Complex Setup: Required highly skilled person High Maintenance: The pricing is a bit high Learning Process: It Takes more time in understanding the tool
Old UIs are outdated but function better than the new look layout.

Some advanced cost optimization features have a learning curve and could benefit form cleaner in-product guidance 3. Reporting customization can be complex when trying to address very specific or unique business requirements
