Very difficult to maintain and manage content. Additionally, the user experience is inconsistent. From a content perspective, there's no cohesive authoring experience. While the product has core functionality, you can tell it is still a young product that hasn't been refined and doesn't match other intranet platform capabilities. Document management capabilities are definitely lacking.
