Workvivo offers a number of useful features and has strong potential as an employee engagement platform. However, the user experience is inconsistent at times. Support responses vary depending on the representative, and guidance around key eatures has conflicted on several occasions. Some recent updates have also made certain workflows more complex before, leaving us to wonder why such updates were made in the first place. Greater consistency in support and clearer documentation would significantly improve the experience.

We enjoy the informative and easily understood product update videos and the content on VivoVerse, which is both informative, fun, and interactive.

It's a nice platform and the team members truly enjoy it. There are a lot of features that help us with our work in communicating to users.

Best features are the shout-outs, billboards and campaigns. Never had the ability to do this previously!

The event platform needs work. We would like to have the option to exclude events from the general feed when they are added to the calendar as these fill up the feed and push relevant content down the line and this is lost to our employees so engagement drops. That's our biggest gripe. Following recent platform updates, I feel certain capabilites have been lost within content creation. e.g., ability to hcange font size, colour, and style.

Some features make certain workflows more complicated rather than improving efficiency. In addition, navigating these features can be challenging when support guidance varies between representatives.

The advanced analytics and chat not being included within the platform. We spend a lot on user licenses so it would be great to have better features included in the standard platform.
