Workvivo offers a number of useful features and has strong potential as an employee engagement platform. However, the user experience is inconsistent at times. Support responses vary depending on the representative, and guidance around key eatures has conflicted on several occasions. Some recent updates have also made certain workflows more complex before, leaving us to wonder why such updates were made in the first place. Greater consistency in support and clearer documentation would significantly improve the experience.

Best features are the shout-outs, billboards and campaigns. Never had the ability to do this previously!

It's a nice platform and the team members truly enjoy it. There are a lot of features that help us with our work in communicating to users.

I like how Workvivo makes the organizational communication fun and much more social as I can look over the updates and news all across the company in one app also I can react on the posts and can comment on them.

Dislike

The advanced analytics and chat not being included within the platform. We spend a lot on user licenses so it would be great to have better features included in the standard platform.

Some features make certain workflows more complicated rather than improving efficiency. In addition, navigating these features can be challenging when support guidance varies between representatives.

I dislike the effort to find old posts which is not so easy and notifications can get overwhelming which can cause disturbance and can miss put the important update.

    Workvivo Enhances Connectivity Across Teams Yet Notifications Remain Overwhelming

    Workvivo made the overall experience much better as I can use it on my mobile and on the desktop which makes it reliable as I can see updates from anywhere at anytime. It lets the different teams feel connected who don't usually talk.

    Workvivo has been a great platform for us as a company. We have been able to integrate it and use it for a wide variety of uses. IT has become a central part of our work culture where people can find information, interact with one another, post fun activities, and much more.
