The ability to share documents with a single link keeps everyone on the same page and cuts out the old hassle of email attachments. Having version history built in also brings peace of mind, since rolling back to a previous edit or fix is quick and simple.
I like how easy it is to share projects and documents with peers
Our team enjoys the ability to store and manage our documents in one centralized location that can be easily shared across our entire company from US to Canada. The system allows for the capabilities to collaborate effectively with current and newly acquired companies that still operate under different email domains. Being able to share outside of our main email domain is a great feature. This has helped us collaborate and provide accurate company information / processes. I also enjoy how user friendly the app is. The Microsoft community and other online forums provide valuable resources for discovering new techniques and maximizing our company's use of the system's potential.
Sometimes the interface feels a bit cluttered, and finding specific settings or features can take longer than expected. There are also occasional sync issues when uploading documents from multiple locations, which can be annoying. Lastly, setting up permissions for new folders and projects isn't always as intuitive as I'd like, but it gets easier once you're used to it.
I dislike the user interface, it doesn't feel like it has been updated in a long time
I really do not have anything that I dislike about the product.
