I like that Shibuni is AI equipped. I like the analytics/reporting features. Makes strategic planning easy.

It is a bit challenging for novices to setup the workspace view because it needs some customization.

Expressions for configuring notifications and other features can be complicated. Notifications don't always work as expected, and are difficult to test/troubleshoot. User experience suffers as a result.

Shibuni is all great. No complaints.
