There were some features or information fields in specific views or dashboards that weren't functional or available to us for a long time after implementation (none vital to operations), we have had minor bugs or needed fixes after implementation but nothing out of the ordinary or that we wouldn't expect with such a complex integration, and specific customizations of some criteria that weren't possible without new development and prioritizations.
Initially the product strategy was questionable and over the time SHIPSY has evolved as one of the leading TMS solutions which has everything pertaining to supply chain and logistics under one radar,
I dislike the most about SHIPST Last mile delivery software is the mobile app expericene for delivery partners.
