    Smart Routing and great visibility, but setup takes patience.

    I had a good experience with SHIPSY last mile delivery software, We have been using SHIPSY for our last mile delivery operations for smae time now and it has made a real difference in how we manage our deliveries. ONe of the best parts of the platform is the route optimization. Before we started using Shipsy, our dispatch team had to plan routes manually, which led to a lot of wasted time due to overlapping trips and inefficient stposnand this has helped reduce the cost per delivery.

What I personally appreciate is how easy it has become to know where each delivery stands at any moment. Whether it's the operations team, customer support, or even leadership, everyone can quickly check the status without depending on someone else to update them, which has saved us a surprising amount of time every day.

Like

The best part of Shipsy product which we like the most is the multiple booking portals like EFR, EBR, customer portal, MyDTDC, rider app, etc. Each portal allows a super interactive UI along with real-time tracking facility for a consignment. Even the rider tracking becomes flawless which omits all the options for fake/false reasons performed by any rider. We can truly vouch that the product is sufficient and suffice enough to be the best Logistics solution provider along with all solutions under one roof.

Like

I like the most about SHIPSY Last mile delivery software is the real time visibility feature. Both our control tower team and our customers can track the exact location of a shipment the proof of delivery process, which includes photo and signature capture, has significantly reduced customer disputes.

Dislike

One area that could use some attention is how the platform handles last-minute changes once a delivery is already in motion. Making quick adjustments works, but it sometimes feels a bit slower than expected, and a smoother experience here would be very helpful during busy days.

Nothing as of now in my list for Shipsy product or support.

One thing i dislike about SHIPSY Last mile delivery software, the learning curve for onboarding was steeper than i anticipated. Some of the modules have a lot of optional configuration.
