It is very secure and has a privacy first approach. Didn't face any concerns with it in terms of safety. It is very easy to use and provides valuable insights while avoiding any bias that could occur from human intervention.

While Skan technically is a great product, my concern lies on how it is position and managed. Management and executives often promise capability beyond the Out of Box, primarily to avoid upsetting the customer. This reluctancy to push back creates a culture of servitude rather than partnership, leading to misaligned expectations and unnecessary pressure on delivery teams. Such an approach undermines trust and sets the stage for disappointment, rather than fostering transparency and sustainable success. Despite the size of the customer, Skan executives should set clear boundaries and prevent abusive managers from taking advantage of both the Skan team and the customer's team which results in undermining long-term success.
Limited options for customization as well as integration. Has scalability issues with complex workflow systems. While it has lots of insights, the functionalities are not that high.
- Process analysis still requires a lot of manual work by analysts, more automatic features in analysis support desirable - Automatic process mapping in aggregated levels/activities worked not perfectly for us, therefore we decided to remap it manually
