I don't like the fact that you have to completely uninstall the agent on the workstations when a new version comes out. This becomes very time-consuming when dealing with hundreds and hundreds of computers. I don't like the fact that an agent is needed to download content from their servers, as it's one more app to maintain and keep updated. It also seems like there are times the screensavers just don't work for whatever reason, but that also be caused by external factors.

SnapComms is very scalable and has many features for effective internal communication
I came into the company that uses SnapComms about 6 years ago and found it easy to jump right in to create screensavers and launch "campaigns" with different content. It's easy to schedule and modify campaigns as needs change. We mainly use it as a screensaver for our desktops to communicate changes within the company or for newsletters. When I first started our sales rep reached out a lot asking if we needed anything, which was nice, but over the years there has been very little communication. There was a recent data breach which only included some lists of e-mail addresses that were compromised, and they were very upfront and quick to communicate this out to customers.
