can be used for both licenses and other inventories as hardware, learningsubscriptions etc. we can track our renewals of licenses, support, hardware, training etc. we can also make notes on each product with productowners and users and we can export reports to the business stakeholders.
It would be nice to have some built in integration with other tools to allow for alerting about upcoming license renewals. Any integration with paging services would be nice.
Snow is not always capable of discovering all of the used apps on the device so the data is not 100% clear. Some hardware information like the TPM module and bios version are not visible for Snow. Sometimes it's not possible to generate the needed reports in SNOW, it's easier to just export the raw data.
sometimes I cannot find the product sku in the system and makes compliancereporting more difficult
