Things I Like Most about It are: 1. Decision Making: It is an innovative decision making tool that provides very clear, smooth insight of dashboard and generate report. 2. Licenses Track Easily: It is very important feature that it supports, it keeps all the records of licenses, how many you bought and how many licenses are used. 3. Audit Ready: Always follow the systematic working rules and keep everything organized and professional way so that making it easier and smooth faster.

-Easy deployment - Lots of built-in reports with quick access -Simple way to create your own report to get the information you need. -Rock solid agent that's deployed to devices.

Under SAM, Identification and mapping of installed software even when it's from multiple sources Reconcile deployments and surplus licenses Role based dashboards and reporting for specific department (Procurement, Service Desk, Finance, Compliance, etc.) without having to view overall dashboards

Things I Most Dislike about it are: 1. Hard to Learn: It is difficult to understand for beginners who have no knowledge of this and hard for new users to work this platform at beginner level. 2. Time Taken to Setup: It is complex to setup in installing and configuration part is time taken to setup and takes more time and effort to install it. 3. Requires Expert Knowledge: Some advanced features are challenging to use and are not handled by beginner level so that it requires some high skilled and experienced person to handle this.

Snow is not always capable of discovering all of the used apps on the device so the data is not 100% clear. Some hardware information like the TPM module and bios version are not visible for Snow. Sometimes it's not possible to generate the needed reports in SNOW, it's easier to just export the raw data.

We've migrated to using Snow License Manager, and it has allowed us to better track our licenses across the org. Previously we would run into issues were our licenses were not renewed and it impacted our 3rd party applications that our applications relied on. This has allowed us to retroactively manage our licenses in an organized approach. The reports also help to identify and upcoming software renewals to help with our annual budgeting.

The platform is reliable once configured, but the initial setup and data normalization took time and required careful tuning.
