Utilizing the various products together. NCM allows great flexibility with comparing nodes, updating configs and backing up configs. If you notice performance issues its all easy to access and navigate from a single pane of glass.
Only modules for network monitoring is working ok

Only negative is time it takes to maintain hardware, since larger deployments require SQL server you need to have a team member with experience to query items.
Poor support quality, support is not able to analyse root cause. Bugs are not solved. Product team is not able to provide timeline.
The product is a little slow based on hardware specs The license model
