Overall, Sophus has filled a big gap that our company has been looking for in terms of a tech solution for some of our problems. It is capable of everything we are looking for and more and has already played a big role in creating efficiencies and new opportunities, helping us provide greater value to our customers. It was a little over whelming to learn at the start since there is so much, but with the support of the Sophus team and a few days of practice, the learning curve shrinks quickly. The software does not rely on the user to have any pre-existing technical knowledge, so it can be learned by anybody. On the flip side, the software does have some features that allow those with a technical background to utilize their knowledge. For example, it supports the use of SQL when looking at output data from a model.
