Exceptional Customer Success / Implementation team! Very proactive and always willing to hop on a call. You can tell that the team has a depth of expertise. This was a strong factor amongst competitors in selecting SourcePoint. I also like the granularity offered within the software, as it allows a lot of customization options. The diagnose tool is also a very nice visualization tool to show the underlying data on your website(s).
What truly sets Sourcepoint apart is their exceptional support team. They're responsive, knowledgeable and proactive making even complex privacy configurations easy to manage.
I like the ability to manage our campaigns centrally and easily modify templates.
It would be great to include additional validation testing surrounding post go-live - we had a minor configuration issue that was discovered after go-live, but once identified it was quickly resolved. Additional transparency on the timing of upcoming releases prior to signing on as well (for example A/B testing). Due to our selected configuration, certain features were delayed or unavailable.
I don't have any dislikes regarding Sourcepoint. Everything is top notch.
