The first point I would to talk about is there is a lot of built in analytics out of the box with this tool as well as also being able to add customized metrics. These metrics has really helped my organization standardize how it tracks and measures success for events and campaigns. Secondly its ability to have these metrics not only within one vertical but across channels really helps, as in the past a lot of our campaign management was silo to silo. Lastly its ability to work across channels and also create automated workflows has really allowed the internal team the ability to reuse workflows and therefore streamline processes internally
The product can be custom built to business needs.
1. The ability to manage multiple social channels, campaigns, and regions from a single unified platform. 2. Strong analytics and reporting that provide clear insights into campaign performance and audience engagement 3. Advanced social listening and sentiment analysis, which helps us react quickly to trends and customer feedback. 4. Workflow and approval features that support collaboration across large marketing teams.
It could be the nature of the beast but when you are working across multiple channels it can get complex, and while this tool does alleviate some of that pain it can not fully hide the complexity and learning curve needed to master this tool. So be prepared for a bit of frustration up front with the learning curve. Secondly while the base product does offer many features any additional features start to creep up the cost if desired. Cost wise the tool is some what worth while but time will tell. Lastly this is not our first time working with this vendor and surprisingly being able to integrate across products does have some inherent unexpected challenges.
Our users highlighted slow loading speeds and a time-consuming navigation experience where the UI looks complicated. Updating UGC galleries were particularly difficult and did not work as intended.. Once content is scheduled / published, deleting provded cumbersome and tagging colaborators often resulted in errors despite entering correct usernames. In addition, there are limitations sharing content calendars internally for approval as well as the absence of a visual grid preview to show how the feed will look once published.
1. The platform has a steep learning curve, especially for new users, and it takes time to fully understand all modules and capabilities. 2. The interface can feel complex at times, with many features and configuration options that may be overwhelming for smaller teams. 3. Reporting customization, while powerful, sometimes requires additional setup effort to get exactly the views stakeholders expect.

Integrated Analytics Enhance Campaign Consistency But Learning Curve Remains Noticeable
My company has recently began investing more into our social media presence largely in part as we have revamped our contact center. My company has an internal division that solicits donations as well as organizes events, fund raisers and other recruitment and marketing campaigns and in the past have had a tough time gauging the success of an event against standardized internal metrics. Sprinklr Marketing has helped us unify a number of our metrics for use across multiple campaigns easily so it provides consistency both within a portfolio but also across portfolios or divisions. Its enhanced our internal teams ability to not only track campaigns but to also easily get campaigns up and running and therefore we are able to get more events and timely responses out. - Associate10B+ USDIT ServicesReview Source
A powerful enterprise marketing platform with strong analytics and automation
Overall, Sprinklr Marketing has been a strong platform for managing and optimizing our social and digital marketing efforts at scale. The unified dashboard helps our team plan, publish, listen, and analyze campaigns in one place, which has improved visibility and collaboration. While the platform is very powerful, it does require some learning time to fully use advanced features. Once configured properly, it delivers consistent value for enterprise marketing teams. - DIGITAL GROWTH MANAGER<50M USDMediaReview Source
Sprinklr Excels in Social Listening but Faces Criticism for Usability Issues
Sprinklr marketing has been a great tool for us for social listening, content approvals, and centralized reporting across teams and projects. The learning curve to using the tool can be steep, the interface isn't always intuitive and onboarding can take time, however, it's a great tool for social that has a lot of value and adherence behind it. - Digital Specialist50M-1B USDTravel and HospitalityReview Source
Standardizing Campaign Tags in Sprinklr Remains Challenging Across Different Teams
Sprinklr is a great tool to measure all our socials and analytics, but it can feel a bit overwhelming, in our case we have so many outlets we are managing - any small oversight like wrong tags/type of post can cost the whole campaign's analytics - Senior Manager, Digital Marketing50M-1B USDTravel and HospitalityReview Source
Team Restructuring at Sprinklr Leads to Communication Gaps and Service Concerns
Sprinklr started out well, but when team structure change, they did not provide clarity on who will be our next POC. It went downhill with the removal of AE & CSM. It's almost like we're orphaned by Sprinklr despite the contract size paid annually.
