Sprinklr is an enterprise that aims to unify different teams to improve customer satisfaction. Established in 2009, the company initially observed that fragmented software solutions were disrupting the customer experience and stifling growth. To address this, Sprinklr developed a single-code architecture platform to eliminate internal organizational silos. The company has now evolved into a prominent organization delivering a Unified Customer Experience Management platform. This system utilizes Sprinklr AI+ to assist teams across customer service and marketing departments in engaging with and enhancing customer experiences across all modern channels. Sprinklr, while based in New York City, operates in 25 countries, across 24 time zones, and serves numerous notable enterprises.

The first point I would to talk about is there is a lot of built in analytics out of the box with this tool as well as also being able to add customized metrics. These metrics has really helped my organization standardize how it tracks and measures success for events and campaigns. Secondly its ability to have these metrics not only within one vertical but across channels really helps, as in the past a lot of our campaign management was silo to silo. Lastly its ability to work across channels and also create automated workflows has really allowed the internal team the ability to reuse workflows and therefore streamline processes internally
The thing that I like best about Sprinklr Marketing is its ability to integrate all the campaign management tools on a single platform.
I love so many things about Sprinklr, truly. One of my favorite things would have to be the different dashboards that can be built for items that get stuck if custom fields aren't filled out properly, helping you to literally see failed social items that never got posted or boosted and why. The listening dashboards are next level. Everyone should level up their social listening game, and Sprinklr's tools really move the needle here. Last but certainly not least, the automated bidding strategies are chef's kiss. My team loves testing, but a quarterly campaign test through an individual media partner is sometimes lacking. Being able to test creative and user sentiment in short spurts is worth its weight in GOLD!!
It could be the nature of the beast but when you are working across multiple channels it can get complex, and while this tool does alleviate some of that pain it can not fully hide the complexity and learning curve needed to master this tool. So be prepared for a bit of frustration up front with the learning curve. Secondly while the base product does offer many features any additional features start to creep up the cost if desired. Cost wise the tool is some what worth while but time will tell. Lastly this is not our first time working with this vendor and surprisingly being able to integrate across products does have some inherent unexpected challenges.
The only negative aspect of using Sprinklr Marketing that I have come across is that the system can be quite intimidating due to its numerous functions.
It's really hard to find things I dislike about the platform, but I think overall, it can only do as much as the individual partners allow. So for example, limitations on TikTok can't be changed in Sprinklr which stinks, but they do have some snazzy workarounds for items. Reporting is great when it works, but it can be really finicky. With Sprinklr, there are so many different configurations and ways you can set up your campaigns and automated ad sets. All of that is great, but it has major impacts on reporting and on what level of granularity you can see everything, which can get really frustrating. For anyone who does not pay for enterprise level support, I can see this being a REALLY big pain point as it is already a struggle as someone who does have it.
