I like the ability to have multiple devices set up to the account, which allows different employees to have different sales profiles. The ability to customize menus and layouts for different sales locations is helpful and cuts down on unnecessary icons and items cluttering the workspace. I also like the speed in which you can update things and it flows to all devices and platforms.
I like that it's convenient to link to a Squarespace Domain and that they do have beautiful portfolio templates.
It is relatively intuitive to use, has all the necessary functions we need, and allows for customization of products/services.
The website platform can sometimes be difficult to navigate to things that you would typically use the most. But once you get your platform set up, you don't really need to make much changes.
Customer service sometimes takes days to respond to an inquiry which can really slow down the website building process
The calendar page that shows events, especially when linked to Google calendar, is not very easy to see at first glance. You have to scroll a lot to see events within the same week. Secondary to that, the zoom function for that page doesn't adjust the screen content in a manner that allows you to see what's on the page any easier. The color scheme of the site is also fairly boring and lacks contrast.
