42Gears Sales Support team has been responsive, hands-on and highly engaged throughout our MDM transition

The SureMDM tool is intuitive and powerful and a huge step up from our previous tooling in this area. Enrolling, preparing and managing devices is reliable, quick and efficient.

As a newer customer, we are still early in our deployment and cointinuing to evaluate all aspects of the platform. At this stage, we do not have any major long-term concerns. That said, there are a few areas we are working through given the scale and complexity of our environment: - The initial transition required more time and pre-deployment planning to ensure a smoother rollout - Ongoing refinement around timezone synchronization across devices - Continued evaluation of advanced features with kiosk optimization.

Reporting could be improved. Support language (ESL) can be a hindrance.

On-line documentation and help guides are occasionally out of date or need clarity. This is always covered by engaging with the knowledgeable technical expertise within the vendor's organisation. Improvements in device analytics and reporting/dashboards would be welcome additions.
