The tool is helpful in my work. I use it to gather the client's sentiments. It helps in finding what customers expect from our product and in turn helps in building right products. It is used by our team member in product group in other modules too when quick insights need to be captured directly from the actual users of our product. Helps ensure our thoughts are validated from users before we move ahead and build features.

I like bringing next questions based on answer given by user to the previous question. I like being able to share the link for users to complete the survey directly from their mobiles. Also like the ability to export finding in the form of a presentable dashboards.

I appreciate how user friendly it is to set up forms since you can drag and drop in any element you would like in your survey. There is a good variety of options for question types such as multiple choice or sliding scale. The analytics that are automatically generating are great for getting insights and summaries about your feedback quickly.

I like the intuitive survey builder, the variety of question types and how simple it is for non-technical users to create the surveys we need. Also sharing features work pretty well across different teams

Dislike

The licensing cost is high. There are limitations in terms of customization and branding- such as limited layouts. There are some limitations related to reporting capabilities.

There aren't many customization options for the forms too make them look aesthetically pleasing or match your own branding. The paid plans are also quite expensive. The features that are excluded on the free plans make it unfunctional in some ways since you can't save your past surveys or ask many questions in one survey.

Performance can slow with very large surveys or many responses and built-in analytics are somewhat basic when trying to achieve deeper analysis

The platform has all of the options you might need to send a survey with different question types, anonymous survey options, and even allows you to edit the link to receive responses so that it includes wording that makes sense for you.
