User interface is straight forward and easily understandable. Results can be tracked in real-time, both online and in downloads. Shareability of survey instruments within the organization enhances our shared learning.
I appreciate how user friendly it is to set up forms since you can drag and drop in any element you would like in your survey. There is a good variety of options for question types such as multiple choice or sliding scale. The analytics that are automatically generating are great for getting insights and summaries about your feedback quickly.

No clear path of user certification. Would welcome a more robust user community. Would like to see more dashboards and mixed method integrations.
There aren't many customization options for the forms too make them look aesthetically pleasing or match your own branding. The paid plans are also quite expensive. The features that are excluded on the free plans make it unfunctional in some ways since you can't save your past surveys or ask many questions in one survey.
I love Surveymonkey and really don't have any dislikes. If I had to list some areas of improvement they might be: 1. Advanced features can feel hidden or hard to find 2. Reporting customization could be more flexible 3. They could offer pricing scalability for growing teams
