While the product itself is still best in class for virtualization, our experience with Broadcom during the procurement process was not a good experience. VCF is their top tier product and while other products exist, Broadcom made it prohibitively expensive to select any other option than VCF.

Positive overall experience, especially for hybrid cloud scenarios. It essentially brings the Azure experience into your own data center or edge locations, which is incredibly useful when you need low latency, strict data control or to run workloads locally. What stands out is how consistent it feels with the cloud. Same tools, same portal, same APIs, but running on hardware you own. That said, it is not a lightweight solution - it requires solid planning, infrastructure and Azure knowledge to get right.

As an Infrastructure engineer working with Nutanix Cloud Platform for over a year, the experience has been largely positive. The AHV hypervisor is lightweight and stable, requiring minimal tuning compared to alternatives we have used before. Resource Management Intuitive --> Prism Central gives excellent visibility into cluster health and resource utilization, making capacity planning straightforward. Virtual machine provisioning is fast, and the self-service option has reduced our team's workload noticeably. The network setup with micro segmentation through Flow has improved our security posture without adding complexity. Storage performance has been consistent, and the distributed storage fabric eliminates the need for a dedicated SAN, which has simplified our architecture significantly. The main area for improvement would be the licensing model, which can get complex as you scale. Overall, Nutanix has delivered on its promise of simplifying HCI Operations for team.

Overall, my experience using Google Distributed Cloud has been positive, particularly for use cases that require hybrid deployments with strong consistency and control. The platform provides a reliable way to run Google Cloud - native service in on-premises or regulated environments while maintaining alignment with Google's Kubernetes and Anthos ecosystem.

AWS Outposts has effectively bridged the gap between our on premises requirments and our cloud first strategy. It provides a truly consistent hybrid experience, allowing us to use the same APIs, consoles and tools we use in the cloud right in our own data center. This has been instrumental for our workloads that require ultra low latency to local factor systems

I give AWS local zones a 4 star rating because it does a great job reducing latency for applications by bringing infrastructure closer to end users, and it integrates well with core Amazon Web Services services.However, limited availability, fewer supported services compared to full regions and higher cost in some cases prevent it from being a full 5 star solution.

Overall positive experience with our private cloud setup. It gave us a more enterprise ready kubernetes platform. Standardization and the security model in particular have worked well. What worked less well was the added platform complexity and learning curve compared to vanilla Kubernetes.

AWS has consistently shown strong customer support and reliable service delivery. The documentation of Snowball is thorough and AWS support team is highly responsive to any issues and guidance. The AWS management console makes the ordering and tracking seamless.
