I like how functional the product is and all of the abilities

1. Good text features all around helping in doing majority of necessary functions, such as sending lenghty messages, files etc. 2. It's great to consolidate workflows and keep track of every transactions. 3. Easy and simplified UI makes the experience smooth less.

That it is accessible on all the platforms as I mentioned above , even on desktop. Plus its robust search functionality simplifies non-specific searches within each chat. The built- in screen sharing and attachment options enhance your chat or meeting experience.

I wish that there were more trainings for the product and that there was a not available function for the current timing

1. It crashes occasionally which sometime hampers the work. 2.At least for my company we are not having the feature of mobile calls. 3. Costly compare to others softwares in the market.

There are some drawbacks to this product, including the absence of audio calls, room for enhancing user interface. Annoyingly you also receive notification for chimes that may not be relevant.

Symphony offers versatile accessibility through iOS or even android. It excels as a valuable resource for engaging with multiple individuals across various chat rooms. While some features like audio calls are missing, there is room for enhancement in the user interface. Overall a useful product.
