Had a very good experience & enjoy using slack because of the kind of customization which it provides and the support team where i stuck in implementing any bot, they became really really helpful.

I first used this application about a year ago, during that time the tool was buggy. most of my teammate experiences delays and log in issues. After a few months, all bugs were fixed and now the tool is good and does deliver up to expectation. There are times when the tool is slow but it is manageable. Overall, I can say this is a good product. There are better options but this is good as well.

Very easy to use and implement. It does not require long hours of training and almost anyone who is knowledgeable with internet messaging or instant messaging can normally use it. The application itself works seamlessly and goes well with the whole google platform. It is very sufficient for basic enterprise needs
