Talent LMS is ideally for a small to medium size organization. It has a rich feature set with affordable initial pricing but can be a bit tiresome with larger numbers of users in a complex organization and cost can go up quite a bit with the purchase of additional courses.

This issue is more the interface than performance and is something that can be reviewed by the company.
