Currently there is no support for Likert Scale Questions/Surveys. Though initial pricing seems good content costs can quickly climb. Based on use case this can mean that it is cheaper to subscribe to online learning platforms. For larger organizations with complex training needs and structure this can prove cumbersome. The way the interface is laid out and displays users, courses etc it may require back and forth to properly deploy training. This issue is more the interface than performance and is something that can be reviewed by the company.
The connection to an on-premise system, e.g. Active Directory & ADFS is a bit tricky, but when it is connected it works. For the users the reward-system is very nice, collect some badges and certificates
