I love that the product is backed by millions of different data sources, it's very user friendly, and I really like the ability to export reporting into .ppt for ease of including snapshots and graphics in my business presentations.

It provides clear and actionable insights for preparing strategy and in decision making. It provides real time data of what is going on in the market and what is the scenario of current requirement or the hiring trends. It helps in strategy making and forecasting the future needs and gives the right set of skills for the same. It also gives us an idea of talent movements and competitor hiring trends. So we can easily change our strategy and can pull out the best one from the market. It manages the complex data into a very easy dashboard. which not only represents the data but also helps us in making good strategies for current and future workforce forecasting. Dashboards help in data visualization and understanding the HR analytics, matrix and current and future needs and trends.

What I like most is the recruiting analysis module. It gives me clear, comprehensive insights and allows me to easily download the data I need. It makes it so much more efficient to share market intelligence.

I dislike that I cannot just query the database to pull quick insights without running a full query using many different filters. For example, I would love to be able to hop into the platform while on a call with an exec leader to query insights for a particular role or skillset using simple Boolean, however I cannot do this quickly today as all of the filter selections take a while to complete.

This tool is very helpful for any organisation but one of the biggest flaws is its cost. It charges very high costs which are not suitable for small or medium size organisations. Another one is that the solutions it provides do not always match with the real solutions. Sometimes there is a gap between the actual problem and the solution given by the data.

at times, the platform can be slow in generating report and the ppt download occassinally come out blank. it would also be helpful to have clearer visibility into the data sources or which platforms the data are being pulled from.
