Being able to easily create projects using templates is a great time-saver - most of our projects follow the same basic structure. Having the flexibility to quickly add individual tasks and task lists once the project has been initially populated allows for the tool to scale depending on the size and complexity needs of each project. The Gantt view of the project is another valuable tool for us, as it ensures we're on track with various task deadlines, and allows for easy modifications to due-dates.

it makes everything for efficient, its great for tracking budgets, exports to excel which is great and integrates into teams

It is seamless to plan, track and manage projects and tasks through workflow automation. The availability of the mobile application for Android and iOS systems is among the best aspects so far since I am able to work on-the go.

As a small team using Teamwork in a somewhat limited scope, some of the features are excessive and make navigating more cumbersome.

No customer support in place to know how to use, ive had to explore the service myself so im using about 10% of the service. Sometimes, even as the project manager, I have to get an admin to do things
