The platform's simple, intuitive design that makes the entire program smooth and effortless to run.
The only thing that works well in my opinion is the phishing simulation feature with phishing links. We haven't had much issues with those, however attachments are very buggy. It gets the job done in that area. I'll also admit that in my experience, their support is pretty responsive.
Easy to setup, easy to deploy. Integration with AD and EntraID really smooth
The main one is some features are rigid, such as not being able to extend a campaign. This limits flexibility when managing programs.
There are a few things here. This solution is extremely limited when it comes to content for both training campaigns and phishing templates. There is not much to select from, and those that are available aren't that great. My company has also tried working with support to get the attachments in the phishing simulation to work but it is very buggy, which limits us to just using phishing links. Lastly, it is not inviting or user friendly at all.
To be honest havent found any dislike with this platform yet... maybe they should add more reports, but just maybe
