The security awareness training is tailored towards a professional audience, which is exactly what I wanted to find since a lot of solutions feature childish content. The management of the platform is straight-forward and uncomplicated. User management can be automated which is a great plus. Nice reporting capabilities.
The only thing that works well in my opinion is the phishing simulation feature with phishing links. We haven't had much issues with those, however attachments are very buggy. It gets the job done in that area. I'll also admit that in my experience, their support is pretty responsive.
Gamification through the Security Awareness Index, licensed phishing content from major vendors/suppliers with real branding and login pages.
I haven't found anything I dislike about the product. Will update if I encounter something.
There are a few things here. This solution is extremely limited when it comes to content for both training campaigns and phishing templates. There is not much to select from, and those that are available aren't that great. My company has also tried working with support to get the attachments in the phishing simulation to work but it is very buggy, which limits us to just using phishing links. Lastly, it is not inviting or user friendly at all.
Missing Outlook SSO Integration for mobile devices, time consuming to resolve false positives.

For me, my journey has been pretty negative. I guess I can speak for my company as well because we ended up getting rid of this solution for another. It has very basic functionality, and it is not user friendly at all - even for the admins.
