The tool is well customized and enables TMS operations to be managed even though master data from ERP is not always perfect. Easy to use for new users. Tool is not only usefull for Transport department but also for other dept that can access tool data with limited access login.

The product met our requirements very well, so most of the implementation effort was focused on integrating it with our ERP and CRM systems. We received great value from both the project and support teams, with fast response time and strong technical and functional expertise.

We are in early implementation phase and experience so far is very good. When we find issues where the tool does not work properly, the TESI team is fast in finding and implementing solutions. The Atlas issues - World atlas is available but not all countries are included in the atlas but rather needs to be added upon request.

Even though only minimal customization was required on the system, we expected some configuration tasks, such as small UI changes, to be easier to implement.
