Thousand Eyes's Service Availability to begin with and it is a better alternative to Packet Tracer. Their Network Path Visualization and End-User Performance is really great. Overall, this has improved our digital experience by monitoring our entire infrastructure & cloud, internet-centric environments.
ease of use, the tool is very matter of fact, the tests work or they don't, you can easily get actionable intelligence out of the platform, and its easy to find whats causing degradation outside of your key vendors so you can guide your network vendor to make changes.
The easy to use dashboard and test setup. I was able to set up 8 tests in 30 min that helped us monitor VoIP quality between branches and Call centers.
Sometimes, it has been witnessed doing network hijacking where it consumes internet bandwidth for its performance but still provides Internet Insights.
that you can't buy just time, I wish that you could get a month of service for a use case of load testing etc. instead you have to buy the product for a full year.
Lack of external call in testing of our lines. I would love if they provided a call into our call centers to check for voice quality.
