The platform can be made more user friendly for use and also reduce the time taken whilst implementing the product usage.

There is not much to dislike about the product. It does what we need it to do.

Need to know HTML to change many of the Template pages Had some issues with LDAP integration- However, Azure AD sync is now an option as well. We have not yet tried to implement it.
