I like the accuracy of the Lyro AI Agent feature, as well as being able to create a conversation flow based upon real customers questions/concerns with the product you may be selling to guide them in the correct path to an answer swiftly and accurately (based on your structured setup, of course).
Sometimes it's hard to customize different custom flows
I'm having trouble defending the return on investment for maintaining the service.
1. It sometimes isn't compatible with customers to upload files to 2. I wish the AI responses weren't so bot-sounding 3. I wish it had some sort of way to auto-recognize all available coupon codes for our retail site.
