It allows smooth integration with other tools which ensures a great workflow for high productivity. It has seamless analytic capabilities that helps us gain insights into peak times, booking trends revenue and cancellation so we remain focused on the most profitable clients.

I like that it has a very clean interface that makes scheduling easy and straightforward. No technical skills are needed to get the best out of this tool. It has a seamless customer service team. They are very responsive and offer sufficient assistance whenever they are contacted which makes the on-boarding process very easy even. I also like that it integrates seamlessly with other tools which creates a great workflow.

I love the streamlined operations, it keeps track of all my appointments for me. The fact that it has a mobile app helps me access it on the go. Finally, if I did have any issues the customer support is spot on.

Dislike

The mobile app has limited features so it limits us from ensuring seamless workflow.

It has been a seamless tool for us. I do not have any dislikes.

Some errors from the interface that pop up from time to time. There's no SMS reminder feature where it sends a text to remind people of appointments, which would be nice.
