The best EMR solution for Medium sized hospitals in the Middle east market
Trakcare gave our organization the flexible EMR that we needed which was compliant with our market regulations. We were looking for a centralized EMR for our group facilities that can connect to the government HIE, and follows the regulatory requirements of documentation, and at the same time gave our doctors the data needed for the patient care following best practices that can takes us to HIMSS Level 6/7. Their capabilities to integrate are very robust even if the actual methods of integration used by default are older style: we had to push them to use APIs which the software can handle well but probably not their technical local team. I had been following the product for many years as one of the best in the market and at the same time much better priced than Cerner or Epic, which are clearly not made for Medium sized private hospitals. Trakcare has become at this point the lead as the best EMR in the private sector market with some large groups signings The team was quite capable after adjusting one or the other consultant. We did the first phase almost 60% remotely (only coming out of COVID) and still managed to deliver it in a short time (greenfield Hospital and 2 medical centers). Outpatient and main ancillaries where done basically in 5 months delayed from our side.
