Response is fast and you can track every status and check progress of your ticket.

Decreased overhead
All transports that are sent to us to assign to specific carrier and loading get notified over email. There emails are sent to everyone and there is no way to specifically configure who needs to receive them. Because I use it mostly as admin, these emails spam my inbox all the time, so I needed to set up rules on Outlook to deal with this.

But carriers demanding EDI interface solutions between Transporeon TMS and carrier TMS which were not available for big carriers - this created conflicts and delay of project deployment
