I like how visual and easy it is to organize tasks and projects. That it makes it easy to track progress and see what's done and what's pending. It helps with team collaboration and keeps everyone on the same page.
There is very low barrier to entry, especially if you're already part of the Atlassian suite. There are free plans, wide access levels to add teammates, and nothing to learn - just drag and drop cards into your predetermined columns.
Fun Design: Good use of colours and styles without overwhelming users with visual information Add-ons: Nice amount of add-ons and/or ways to connect with other tools such as Figma or Confluence Automation: Automation that is useful and easy to use. Making working and management easier,
It can feel limiting for complex or very large projects. Some useful features are only available in the paid version. When there are many boards and cards, it can get a big messy or hard to manage.
However, scrolling through a million cards in a column can be tiresome and inefficient for complex projects, requiring many, many moving pieces. Organizing your cards/tasks by timelines, calendars, dependencies, or visualizations like a gantt chart requires paying for additional features. If you already have access to a tool like Notion which has those advanced features, then Trello can feel redundant. Since every task is a card, there is limited ability to create substructures for more granular reporting or info architecture.
I don't dislike anything in particular.

Trello: User-friendly platform good for both work and personal time management.
Great tool for product management. It's easy and intuitive to use, making it suitable even for people who are not very tech-savvy. The design is also fun without being overwhelming for the users. - Marketing Associate50M-1B USDRetailReview Source

Helpful Visual System in Trello Sometimes Challenging Due to Card Organization
I used Trello for 2 years. While it was helpful, I have moved on from this software because it was hard to use sometimes.
