TruBot

Using TruBot has been quite beneficial for us, due to its ability to complete peripheral tasks that used to take hours in only a few minutes. Tasks such as emailing, document reading, and data retrieval via sorting have all been drastically improved with the use of the TruBot software. Although the concept of automation was all strange to us in the initial stages, the friendly team at Collaborative Automation has managed to create an appropriate stimulant for all the automation needs of our organization. The machine learning technology has truly impressed us with the high quality of reasoning, as the robotic TruBot does not require reprogramming for any problematic areas it has already encountered. The software demonstrates a high level of data confidentiality and has been proven to work safely with confidential and sensitive documents. The interface has been designed to cater for every single user regardless of their technology competence. Failures in effectiveness that were encountered in the first stages of implementation have been drastically improved, as productivity has increased due to smoother and timely adjustments that have been made to the system.

TruBot is the most comprehensive robotic process automation platform that includes useful features such as bot monitoring and scheduling. In addition to amazing reporting features, TruBot also includes a very nice dashboard view that shows unsuccessful bots as well as other data. It has cognitive capabilities as well as an application programming interface that collaboratively allow us to automate a large number of rule-based tasks in a short amount of time with great accuracy, allowing us to focus on higher-value jobs. Advanced features are available there that have amazingly assisted us in maximizing efficiency, automating more complex tasks, and keeping everything in control and safe.

We expected the initial setup to take far less time, since the complexity of intricate workflows was not recognized early on. Nevertheless, appropriate assistance from the datamatics team was sufficient to overcome these challenges. Moreso, the configuration was client-centered to the extent that the alignment of the system was fully functional and operational.

The thing I despise the most is that I can't design a bot on my own, but I want to, so I'm asking for a crucial feature that will allow me to design a bot on my own according to my needs. It is not compatible with Linux, which is a significant difficulty, and it lacks several more modern functions that other software currently provides, however, I believe these will be incorporated into TruBot in the next version release.

Datamatics TruBot may not be easy to use due to its complex nature, may not be that user-friendly as other chatbot solutions.
