It is easy and intuitive to use. It comes with high system integration and supporting our day to day business processes and IT-applications.

Support material based on what users are currently trying to transact.

Very intuitive for end users, little explanation necessary. It allows quick recording of step by step guides and is convienient to use across multiple tools rather than just one.

Actually nothing at all.

The need to understand how to setup to get most use requires experience of TTS and it's use. Need to recognise to get the best support through TTS requires dedication to maintaining data on the system. The need for good product knowledge of TTS as well as SAP is key. So being on a learning curve for both is more challenging.

Backend is not as intuitive as I thought it would be

Very competent and friedly staff who are always on hand to answer questions. Adjustments or new requirements are made as discussed. There are also great options for integrating ready-made instructions or operation systems such as the Microsoft Office package. Unfortunately, this service is very expensive compared to the licenses. That is why our company decided against this package, even though the instructions were good. So one star less.
