This is now my third time implementing WalkMe and I cannot say enough about how useful the tool is in driving adoption of systems and ensuring users are following the correct paths that we intend for them to follow. WalkMe's consistent product updates, clear communication cycles, supportive development community and knowledgeable CSM's and professional services partners really drive home how much they are as focused as you are on your business and your program's success. Whether you are a team of one or a team of more than one, WalkMe is easy to implement and once you start building, the skill comes naturally. The analytics capability is completely game changing and super charges your Digital Adoption Program to a level where you won't know what to do without it. Insights allows you to make quick decisions on how users are interacting with the platform and bring to light user behavior that is usually only achieved by implementing costly software at double the price. I cannot recommend WalkMe more to colleagues if you're looking for a solution that can pay for itself quickly.

The communication is great from an account manager and CSM perspective. The challenge is the complexity in the technical setup, and the amount of issues that we run into.

    Enables your organisation to build support and training environment

    SAP enable now provides very intuitive, flexible effective training to all SAP or non SAP users. It offers cost effective medium for creating training contents, managing org level content at one place. SAP enable now is very customizable and easy to deploy tool with easy scalable opportunities. There are still some places to improve but overall i would rate if 7 out of 10 as it performs seamlessly for the function its been created for.

    In general, we are very satisfied with WalkMe capabilities. We do, however, experience some frustrations with features that were promised by sales teams but don't work as well in our implementations. The core features work fine, but the advanced don't always work consistently.

It can, however, be challenging to get timely resolutions when needed as there tends to be considerable back and forth communications via email.     Over the years, the technology has continued to improve and their professional support and services have improved significantly. This is primarily what has continued to allow for expansion and a more strategic approach to this capability within our organization. Years ago, technical support, strategic account ownership, and negotiation were all areas WalkMe struggled with. Today, much of that has been streamlined and/or improved.

For a cloud-based configuration, it is easy to maintain and deploy to end users. Additionally, the product is consistently updated through user feedback and has ways of utilizing templatization to make creating multiple WalkMe flows easier.

It is a helpful tool for learning an application, and can reduce the time spent on developing learning and training materials outside of the application, and puts the guidance where and when the user needs it.

Vendor negotiations and support is at par and as expected from a big vendor like SAP. Customer support team is very easily accessible and provides all the support needed in terms of deployment and integration. Any non-SAP user can also very quickly learn how to create training and deploy various content form like games, video, audio, transcripts, quizzes etc. SAP enable now is more user friendly compared to similar tools in market and tasks can be completed by just few clicks

Dislike

When it comes to menu deployment, I wish there were more customizability options in terms of segmenting content. It has gotten better over time, but at this current point it's one of the more limiting features. If you want to do more complex designs such as automations, that may require more advanced skills and there's only community support. It would be great if there were more resources available to help upskill teams on these functions, especially as it comes to jQuery targeting.

Dislike

Even 6 years into leveraging the tool with internal experts we require a fair amount of technical support. Home grown applications, and differing UUID setups contributes to this. While WalkMe saves us time on developing other learning solutions, the amount of time it takes to troubleshoot these issues likely is a wash. While the time it takes to build WalkMe solutions is a time saver, dealing with the technical issues increases the time to build exponentially, and it can impact the reputation of the solution for our clients and product owners.

Long videos some time have issues with audio High price compared to competitors in market User interface can have more guiding tool tips to enable users to complete task fast
