This is now my third time implementing WalkMe and I cannot say enough about how useful the tool is in driving adoption of systems and ensuring users are following the correct paths that we intend for them to follow. WalkMe's consistent product updates, clear communication cycles, supportive development community and knowledgeable CSM's and professional services partners really drive home how much they are as focused as you are on your business and your program's success. Whether you are a team of one or a team of more than one, WalkMe is easy to implement and once you start building, the skill comes naturally. The analytics capability is completely game changing and super charges your Digital Adoption Program to a level where you won't know what to do without it. Insights allows you to make quick decisions on how users are interacting with the platform and bring to light user behavior that is usually only achieved by implementing costly software at double the price. SAP enable now provides very intuitive, flexible effective training to all SAP or non SAP users. It offers cost effective medium for creating training contents, managing org level content at one place. SAP enable now is very customizable and easy to deploy tool with easy scalable opportunities. In general, we are very satisfied with WalkMe capabilities. We do, however, experience some frustrations with features that were promised by sales teams but don't work as well in our implementations. Excellent to Accelerate System Training/Onboarding
Over the years, the technology has continued to improve and their professional support and services have improved significantly. This is primarily what has continued to allow for expansion and a more strategic approach to this capability within our organization. Years ago, technical support, strategic account ownership, and negotiation were all areas WalkMe struggled with. Today, much of that has been streamlined and/or improved.
