The audience segmentation and template management capabilities make it easier to run targeted campaigns at scale. Reporting covers most pf our needs but more customisable dashboard and deeper campaign insights would make it even better

Template management is straightforward making it easy to maintain consistent communication across campaign. i also appreciate the API ecosystem which makes it easier to integrate with existing marketing and crm workflows when needed
