I like the visibility tools that let you check which emails have been sent, received, read, bounced and blocked and you can easily troubleshoot delivery problems.
SendGrid sparkles with its simplified format developer. Creating lovely, responsive messages is a breeze, saving me lots of time. The top to bottom logging helps pinpoint any conveyance issues.
The ability to track down specific behavior by each campaign or unique user. It's very easy to use the navigation of the application to find the data needed to improve conversions.
I don't believe there's anything to dislike.
Getting my record supported for invoicing was a bad dream. SendGrid appears to be vigorously centered around Mastercards, which isn't great for bigger organizations. Ideally, they'll offer more adaptable installment choices later on. SendGrid's inclination for Visa installments might burden organizations looking for elective installment strategies. Combination with Twilio's SMS or CDP items is missing notwithstanding assumptions.
Some users have complained about the data not being granular enough to find the information they need (could be user error). Dashboard could be expanded to include more options relevant to the teams reviewing the information. No other complaints I've heard of!

Near perfect experience, the only issue I've had is with the contact imports (not really intuitive and the user interface is pretty horrible), and the WSIWIG interface to create the campaign.
