Our experience with Uber Freight transportation has been very positive. Uber TMS helped in day-to-day shipment planning and transportation planning as well helped to improve visibility, epically for spot loads and carrier matching. The interface is easy to use for operations teams and reduces manual follow-ups. But there are few areas that still can improve, the system delivers consistent value for logistics execution and decision making.

The tool works; however, the user interface is not 'simple'. Too many fields need to be entered to pull data. Reports are not customizable.
