It has improved efficiency in daily logistics and reduced manual work as well. However, there is still some scope for improvisation in customization and reporting features.

I am a former user of this product, back then the Navisphere was linked to customer's SAP. It is user friendly first of all, clear surface and easy to track. However, it takes a lot of manual work to debug some issues.
