Robinson Managed Services powered by the Navisphere platform is a great product. Navisphere is a good TMS, but the RMS people are what makes the overall experience very positive and valuable.

I am a former user of this product, back then the Navisphere was linked to customer's SAP. It is user friendly first of all, clear surface and easy to track. However, it takes a lot of manual work to debug some issues.

It's easy to track all the shipments, I can store all the related paperwork and latest info in the system.

I loved: the easy use and intuitive interface, the end-to-end visibility, the strong support team

Dislike

- Current technology offerings are a bit behind as compared to other solutions - The company can do a better job of sharing their service offerings including tech solutions and how my company can use and benefit from the new solutions - the process/product between shipment execution (plan & tender) to delivery should have more focus, direct involvement or better tech solutions to ensure loads get picked up as expected and delivered on-time - the end-to-end international processes lack complete oversight and management

Dislike

A lot of blocking and delay on getting the updated info from the customer. A lot of manual work is required. I remember I used to spend 30% of my time daily to debug on the issues of the shipments.

The onboarding process can be time consuming, sometime data are not consistent, some workflows are rigid
