- Current technology offerings are a bit behind as compared to other solutions - The company can do a better job of sharing their service offerings including tech solutions and how my company can use and benefit from the new solutions - the process/product between shipment execution (plan & tender) to delivery should have more focus, direct involvement or better tech solutions to ensure loads get picked up as expected and delivered on-time - the end-to-end international processes lack complete oversight and management
