I love that you can use the system for not only a standard HRIS system, but it is also a recruiting tool. The ATS system where you can push the applicants through the whole hiring process is great, but the fact you can write offer letters and send approvals through the system is a game changer. It has made the hiring/onboarding process so much easier. I also love the performance piece of it.
The system is very customizable, the sky is the limit. The BI reporting is also very impressive.

I feel like the reports are a little tricky to customize and can take a little time to figure out the report I am needing and manipulating it. I wish there were a few more shortcuts for commonly used sections. Sometimes there are issues with some features loading on the app.
The support model is challenging. Instead of having a dedicated account manager (payroll), you are assigned to a team. It makes it hard to believe that the next person helping knows ins and outs of a specific account. This was not how the support post implementation was presented. Or I should say it wasn't as clear until we got to that point.
Due to its complexity and breadth of service, it takes a relatively long time to build, test, and deploy. While it offers a large scale of customization, it does take a relatively long time to roll out changes. It is also an expensive solution.
