UKG has the best customer service of any HRIS system I have ever used. This platform is all encompassing and can do it all.

The implementation specialist was knowledgeable and supportive throughout the process. However, the implementation itself is complex and requires significant effort on the employer's side. It's a big and FAST lift for smaller HR teams and can be very hard to get through if not prepared. The team was very good about reminders and follow ups, but ultimately there are a lot of firms who specialize in UKG implementations as their primary work focus, and that should be taken into consideration.
