Overall we are pretty much a straight Cisco shop for everything except security so Switching, Wireless, Voice, etc. Our Account Team is great, really responsive - they get right on issues when we have them (which are few and far between) and provide rapid resolution when we need it. When we have new business initiatives/challenges that occur, we have a very consultative engagement with our account team and our 3rd party provider to discuss potential solutions/components as well as the deployment methodology.
